About these terms
These terms govern your use of advisormarketingmastery.com and the AMM-operated Pipeline websites that link to them (the "Sites"), run by AMM LLC ("AMM", "we", "us"). By using the Sites, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Sites.
These terms cover the websites only. Any services you buy from us, including a growth audit or a Pipeline program, are governed by the separate agreement you sign with us. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
Who the Sites are for
The Sites are for business owners and professionals aged 18 or over. You agree to give us accurate information when you fill in a form, survey or booking.
Information only, not professional advice
Content on the Sites is general information about our marketing and client acquisition services. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical or care advice. We do not provide care, funeral, legal or financial services ourselves.
Results and examples
Client results on the Sites are real, but they are not typical or guaranteed. Your results depend on your market, capacity, pricing, follow-up and other factors outside our control. Example notifications and screens are labelled as examples and show how our systems work, not specific client outcomes.
Any guarantee we offer applies only as written in your signed agreement, and covers activity we control, never revenue or signed clients.
Territories
Territory availability shown on the Sites is a guide only. A territory is reserved for you only once it is confirmed in a signed agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Sites for anything unlawful, or to submit false or misleading information;
- copy, scrape or resell our content, tools, scorecards or materials;
- interfere with the security or operation of the Sites;
- impersonate anyone, or submit someone else's details without their permission.
Intellectual property
The Sites and their content, including text, designs, logos, the AMM and Pipeline names, tools and downloadable materials, belong to AMM LLC or its licensors. You may view and use them for your own business evaluation only.
Third-party links
The Sites may link to other websites, such as video platforms or our other Pipeline sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we don't operate.
Communications
If you give us your contact details, we may contact you by email, phone or text about your inquiry or consultation, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP.
No warranties
The Sites are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the Sites, including that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, AMM LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Sites. Our total liability relating to the Sites will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to cover AMM LLC for claims and costs arising from your misuse of the Sites or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Montana, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Sites after a change means you accept the updated terms.
